Scorpius is described as a strong, stubborn guy who usually comes across as a bit snobbish, that is until peopple get to know him. In tense situations he'll usually let his temper get the better of him though he is slowly working on keeping it under control. He tends to look down at people only because he's afraid of people finding out what happened to him with his mother when he was younger. He likes fights as he figures they will keep people away from him. He will stand up for himself and what he believes in and if he wont back down in a fight.He can be a bit temperamental when he is angered, becoming very fired up.
He loves being a wizard and he absolutely loves having power and wealth. He usually uses the Malfoy name to get just about anything he wants, besides girls. He hates it when all girls care about is his looks, his name or his wealth. He's very protective of his family except his mother. He doesnt have a good relationship with his mother, they had drifted apart ages ago, but that doesnt worry him.

Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy was born on the 2nd of July to Draco and Astoria Malfoy. Being a boy, Draco was happy and Scoropius was treated well by him, almost taking up most of his father's time. Growing up, Scorpius grew close to his father. When he was five, his mother snapped and took that anger she had built up on him saying that it was his fault that Draco spent most of his time with him and not enough time with her. Though his mother healed the wounds that he sustained, nothing could fix the emotional and mental pain that had come from the experience. He refused to tell anyone and came to hate his mother. Though his mother had promised never to do it again, he refused to believe her.
When he got his acceptance letter he imediately got excited, he was finally able to get away from his mother. In the sorting ceremony he was happy that he got into Slytherin the house that he associated with his father more than his mother. His first few years were uneventful, he made a few friends but usually argued with everyone else. This year he found himself in his sixth year, having passed most of his OWLs subjects, except for Divination which he was glad that he didnt have to take the subject anymore.
Once he left school he had been given the opportunity to join the Falmouth Falcons as both their seeker and their captain. However he turned down the position because his father hoped he would do something more worthy with his life. Not wanting to disappoint his father he applied for a job witht he department of mysteries and was shocked that they offered him the head unspeakable job. Even though he was unsure if he was ready for such a powerful position, he took the job which made his father happy, not knowing what the actual minister of magic had planned for time. He was pleased to at least make his old man happy, however the Falmouth Falcons still persist in asking him to join them. He's eventually given into them and said he'd be their seeker however they'd need someone else to be the captain as it would be too much with work if he were to be captain. Having his father's natural seeker talents, he found he doesnt need to train as much. Being the Head Unspeakable means he can take as much time as he needs to for Quidditch. The minister of magic doesnt seem to mind because of his plan.

The blonde Slytherin noticed the look Evangeline gave him as when he spoke of taking Helena flying. He turned back to Helena as she explained about being scared of heights and this time he couldn’t help back chuckle, if anything he got his stubbornness from his father.
"I'm taking you and that’s that, no ifs no buts," he replied, "besides don’t people always say to get over your fear you must face them head on. I won’t take us up far and i won’t let you fall, i promise you that." His words were final. He neither cared if Evangeline tried to defend her friend or if Helena tried to argue, it would only make him push the issue further. Oh yes he could be very persistent and if it came down to it, he was sure he’d be able to persuade or manipulate her onto the broom with him. Besides it wasn’t like people died from a natural fear, right?
Scorpius turned back to Evangeline as she replied to his comment which didn’t happen to go the way he wanted it to go.
"Oh I’m sorry Newman, my dreams are already full booked, I don’t think I’d be able to even squeeze a strand of hair of yours in," he smirked at her before turning his attention back to Helena as she laughed. It was his turn to laugh at her words of not marking the page. Who cared about that, he certainly didn’t and he figured it wouldn’t be that hard to find the page she had it open to earlier. It was just a book; it wasn’t like the pages changed or ran off on their own.
Evangeline stated that she was here simply because of Noah being in class and then go on about not needing an excuse to see Helena. He rolled her eyes before hearing the Ravenclaw's voice.
"Well I've already told you of my idea but if Newman here has a better idea then by all means i'd love to hear it," he directed the statement to Evangeline, though he never took his attention off Helena, "that is unless you, Helena, have something in mind that doesn’t involve schoolwork, books or a library." He tried avoiding the library like it was a plague, the only time he went in there was if he really needed a book for an assignment and none of the younger students would get it for him.
